Improvisational duet's and trio's and beyond. Aleatory, free jazz, noise, drone, ambient, noodling, vocalizations, feedback, creative misuse, extemporization, and beyond are welcomed and encouraged.
Bring some things to make sounds and help with visualizations.
For the round, participants names are selected at random and assigned in groups of 2, 3, or more (depending on the total number of participants). The groups will have 10 minutes to confer, strategize, meditate, plan, unplan, ignore each other and then the performances will begin.
We will do as many rounds as possible until around 9pm.
Itinerary: 5pm - potluck, bring a dish to share, sign up for the lottery 6pm (sunset) - begin the performances 9pm (therabouts) - close the evening with a final mega-jam
